Hi - I'm Ruben, and I help people live a life without abdominal discomfort



I've been living with abdominal pain, bloating and frustrating toilet visits for most of my life. Until I discovered the FODMAP diet in 2019. Since then I have been living with the FODMAP diet and learned a great deal along the way.

I remember that WOW-moment when I began the FODMAP diet, witnessing remarkable improvements in my symptoms after the first week on the diet.

I believe no one with IBS should live a life suffering from abdominal pain and discomfort. 

This is why I launched a weekly newsletter: to help you solve your abdominal issues, once and for all.

What is the FODMAP diet all about?

Research has shown that 80% of the people who suffer from IBS, experience symptom relieve on a FODMAP diet. 

You read that correctly: 80% !


The best way to explain the FODMAP diet is using the example of a garden:

Imagine your belly as a garden, where certain foods can be like weeds causing discomfort. The FODMAP diet acts as a skilled gardener, helping you identify and remove those troublesome weeds. Be aware that every garden reacts differently to different weeds. That's why you need to discover the sensitivities of your garden by yourself.

By following a solid plan you will take the following steps:

1️⃣ Remove all weeds from the garden. Give your belly a chance to rest and heal, reducing abdominal pain and discomfort (2-4 weeks)

2️⃣ Test each of the 6 weeds that can cause problems to discover what weed(s) you should remove from your garden (4-6 weeks)

3️⃣ Create a plan to maintain your garden and limit only the weeds you are sensitive for (rest of life)
